About The Position
The Emergency Medicine Specialist assists with direct patient care and provides support services to patients, families, and other Emergency Department staff. This is a highly technical, fast-paced, and rewarding position involving collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to provide excellent patient care. The role is PRN at Methodist Richardson Medical Center.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support Certification.
- Advanced Cardio Life Support certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification.
- Current Texas EMT-P license.
- One year as a paramedic in a pre-hospital or hospital setting.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of experience as an EMT-P.
