ProgressiveHealth is hiring PRN EMT-B, AEMT, or Paramedics to join our onsite health team at an H-E-B distribution facility in Corpus Christi, TX. Requirements

The required state licensure, certification, and registration that is in good standing with the state or the ability to obtain the required state licensure prior to the start of employment
CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain it prior to the start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s) prior to the start of employment
The ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout entire assigned shift
A high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
The ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervision
Be able to maintain confidentiality
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
This position requires candidates to be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring current or future sponsorship for an employment visa (e.g., H-1B, OPT, etc.).

Responsibilities

Respond to emergency medical situations on-site according to established protocols
Provide injury care, medical triage, and escalation to higher-level care as needed
Conduct safety checks and report health and safety concerns to the Environment, Health, & Safety (EH&S) team
Maintain and inspect emergency medical equipment to ensure functionality and readiness
Perform drug screenings and other health surveillance procedures as required
Collaborate with medical and safety teams to support injury prevention and occupational health programs
Assist in documentation of medical care provided, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Support clinical staff with follow-up care
Communicate effectively with internal teams and the client about ongoing health initiatives and employee health updates
Maintain proper inventory of medical supplies and ensure all equipment is stocked and operational
Other duties, as assigned
