Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree required.
• Minimum three years experience working with electronic health records.
• Clinical experience as a healthcare practitioner required.
• Excellent communication, planning, presentation and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Trains new hires, on-the-job and refresher training
• Maintains log and follows-up on all tickets logged with the iKnowMed Help Desk
• Assists with troubleshooting issues for all users in person, via phone and/or email
• Assists with WebEx and Power Point presentations for system upgrades and other topics
• Monitors current processes, procedures and workflow to determine areas of improvement and makes recommendations
• Maintains communication with all users to better understand the iKnowMed processes and workflow
• Researches and responds to routine and non-routine inquiries in a timely and professional manner. May obtain assistance to resolve complex inquiries.
