As an Analyst I specializing in Epic EMR (Ambulatory CHSN & MyChart), your core responsibility is to lead and support education initiatives for the hospital’s Epic Ambulatory clinical documentation systems at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center Community Heath Services Network locations. This includes designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that support primary care clinicians (Physicians, APPs, nursing, medical assistants) in effectively using Epic to support clinical workflows and patient care. Additionally you will be responsible for developing training materials and facilitating sessions on MyChart workflows for clinical staff including patient enrollment and communication. In this role, you will manage multiple concurrent training efforts and enhancement initiatives, develop and maintain curricula, and support ongoing optimization of Epic functionality through education and system knowledge. This is one of the most dynamic training roles supporting the organization's growth through community practice acquisitions facilitating training for new practice sites as well as newly hired staff to existing practices. It requires flexibility in on-site presence. In addition, you will support curriculum review, ongoing maintenance, and management of the Epic training environment to ensure content remains current, effective, and aligned with evolving clinical workflows. Please note that this position follows a hybrid work model and requires periodic on-site presence to support training delivery, collaboration, and operational needs.
