About The Position

The emPowerU Facilitator serves as a steward of the resources (human, financial and otherwise) provided by MOSAIC life Care Foundation. As a servant leader, the person in this position serves others while staying focus on achieving results in line with the organization's values and integrity. Works under the supervision of the Manager - emPowerU in a collaborative, team environment. The Facilitator collaborates with the emPowerU Team to focus on success-building assets to assure that every child has the resources needed to prepare them to be healthy, resilient, and responsible adults. Assumes supportive role to put the emPowerU program into practice and support young people, adults and consortium partners in learning from each other the meaning of citizenship and empowerment. Serves as a key member of the emPowerU Team- shaping and stewarding the Foundation's vision and mission: champion education and empower people. Mosaic Life Care is a health care system in northwest Missouri.
