About The Position

The Support Professional 1 provides orientation, training, and supervision of individual members in the program by implementing employment plans designed to maximize worker progress and assure jobs are performed to specifications. Assists members with setting and achieving goals, monitors progress, and provides person centered services. Fosters positive relationships with all stakeholders through information, education, and advocacy.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have solid time management skills.
Ability to use computers including various Microsoft systems and email
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, willingness to transport program members in personal and/or agency vehicle.
Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, and community organizations.
