About The Position
As an Employment Specialist, you will help people find the right jobs in Barron and Polk Counties and the surrounding communities. You will develop relationships with businesses in the community and provide support to consumers to allow them to be successful in their new jobs. This role concentrates on an individual’s abilities rather than a possible disability, allowing you to make a difference in the community by helping place consumers in jobs that they are excited to start.
Requirements
- A degree or experience in Marketing, Business, Vocational Rehabilitation or another human services field.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with job seekers of various abilities is a plus.
