About The Position

Requirements

Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrate good time management skills.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must have a vehicle.
Must pass a Department of Human Services background study.
If holding a Social Work degree, must be currently licensed as a Social Worker as required by the Minnesota Board of Social Work.

Electronic Health Record experience.

Responsibilities

Hold a caseload of individuals, providing support and advocacy.
Provide flexible, individualized employment supports in three areas: Exploration/Discovery, Development, and Support.
Engage in communication with support teams, planning, and represent Accord.
Attend meetings, advocate for the person served, and provide training.
Become credentialed in the MN Employment Services field.
Visit job sites and provide support to individuals as needed.
Organize details such as scheduling, transportation (including driving supported individuals in your own vehicle), and employer communication.
Write reports and maintain licensing requirements.
Utilize creative talents to help people find work.
