About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience in education, coaching, human services, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently without daily supervision.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Florida driver's license.
• Contractor insurance, including general liability and auto insurance.
• Must pass a Level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one employment-readiness coaching.
• Support clients with resumes, interviews, and workplace skills.
• Offer onsite or virtual job coaching as needed.
• Communicate professionally with employers when supporting clients.
• Maintain accurate notes and submit documentation on time.
• Uphold Career Focus standards in conduct, service, and communication.
