About The Position

AchieveAbilities LLC is seeking a compassionate and motivated Employment Specialist to join our team in Monona, WI in a full-time hybrid role. This position offers a competitive wage of $20.00-$22.50 per hour, a combination of office, community, and work-from-home flexibility, and the chance to build meaningful relationships while helping individuals with disabilities achieve personal and professional success. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Access to reliable automobile, proof of insurance, and a good driving record
Advanced computer skills
Own a cell phone
Patient, kind, and flexible
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree or higher in rehabilitation, business, marketing, human services, or a related field
Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
Bilingual English/Spanish abilities

Responsibilities

Complete DVR reports
Assist with Job Center registration
Develop resumes and cover letters
Help participants navigate job searches and applications
Break down job duties into manageable steps based on each individual's learning style
Provide on-site support and coaching
Model workplace expectations when needed
Offer follow-along services for up to 90 days to help ensure long-term success and confidence on the job
