About The Position

CRI Inc. is hiring an Employment Specialist to help people find and succeed in jobs in Barron and Polk Counties and surrounding communities. The role involves developing relationships with local businesses and supporting consumers as they start new jobs. The position emphasizes individual abilities rather than potential disabilities and helps connect consumers with work they are excited to begin.

This is a part-time position of approximately 20–25 hours per week in the Barron and Polk County areas. It is expected to become full-time as the caseload grows. The hourly wage is $19.00. CRI Inc. is a local organization that provides employment skills and supports individuals who may face barriers, typically related to disability. Its mission is to empower and support individuals to achieve their highest level of independence in the community.

Requirements

• A degree or experience in Marketing, Business, Vocational Rehabilitation, or another human services field.
