About The Position

We are looking for a Part-time Employment Specialist in our Employment Service program in the Island County area. The right candidate is hopeful about every person’s ability to succeed in employment, is open-minded, and believes that work can help people manage mental illness. This role involves meeting and getting to know new folks to help them find permanent employment, especially those experiencing mental health barriers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Have a clear criminal history and pass a background check
• Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license (paid by SA)
• Current driver license, car, and car insurance

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or a closely related field
• 1 year of experience in the field
