For the Employee Support Services role, it may require obtaining a government secret clearance and unescorted access to Redstone Arsenal. This role also involves providing case management services to Phoenix employees with disabilities, including direct intervention, job coaching, referrals, and work site visits, as well as developing and maintaining competitive employment evaluations and reasonable accommodations per AbilityOne guidelines.
