About The Position

Employment Law Associates needed! Opportunity to grow and thrive litigating with a top law firm. We are looking for an Associate Attorney with experience in labor and employment law to join the Employment Litigation and Counseling practice at a top tier law firm in their Los Angeles office (there is also an opening in San Francisco!). The firm pays on a Lockstep Salary Structure.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience with a concentration in labor and employment law
• Outstanding academic achievement at a top tier law school
• Admission to California bar
• Experience with employment litigation (including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination suits) and wage and hour litigation (required)
• Familiarity and experience with employment counseling (including the construction of employment policies and manuals and wage and hour counseling)
• Excellent communication skills with both clients and colleagues
