Stinson LLP seeks an of counsel with at least seven years of experience with adversary employment law matters to join our Kansas City office. The position will require candidates to handle employment discrimination claims for the life of the matter from responding to EEOC and state equivalent agency charges through to trial/arbitration or appeal. The candidate must have substantial experience practicing before the EEOC and fair employment practices agencies and in federal and state courts. Experience working under litigation management and billing guidelines used by large corporate clients and insurers is preferred.
