About The Position

Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Staff Associate with strong academic credentials and two to eight years of litigation experience to join its Employment & Labor practice group in the New York office. This is an excellent opportunity to grow litigation experience while working collaboratively with partners in a dynamic and supportive environment. Requirements

Strong academic credentials
Two to eight years of litigation experience
Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with sound judgment and accountability.
Minimum of two years of litigation experience (required).
Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging technology in legal practice.
Licensed to practice law in New York and in good standing.
Must be registered with the New York Federal Courts.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ADA accessibility law is preferred.

Responsibilities

Handle litigation matters involving ADA and accommodations law, with a particular focus on website accessibility.
Work with the team to advise clients on ADA accessibility compliance.
Conduct legal research and draft high-quality written work.
Support the team on a variety of employment & labor and litigation matters as needed.
