Turing invites Employment and Labor Law experts to contribute to projects that fine-tune AI models. The role applies expertise in workplace discrimination, wage and hour compliance, ERISA, and labor relations to evaluate how AI handles U.S. employment law scenarios. Prior AI experience is not required. The work involves reviewing AI-generated responses to employment law hypotheticals and assessing issue spotting, legal accuracy, and application of agency guidelines. The expert will identify gaps in AI reasoning, provide detailed annotations and written feedback, and collaborate with researchers and project managers to align evaluation standards and project goals. The arrangement is fully remote and flexible, at 10–30 hours per week, for approximately one month, with possible extension based on performance and project needs.
