Requirements
- A background in teaching, training, and customer service.
- Experience in industrial, retail, clerical, and other industries.
- The right attitude and a passion for helping others thrive.
- At least two years working with people with disabilities in a community setting.
Responsibilities
- Training and supporting people with disabilities on the job to promote independence.
- Working in a variety of settings, including industrial, retail, clerical, food service, and other industries.
