About The Position

The Employment Counselor works as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, specializing in vocational rehabilitation. They serve as the primary contact for all vocational assessments and plans. The primary duties include providing mental health, substance abuse, vocational, rehabilitative, case coordination, family counseling, and follow-along services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness who are currently within the Program. A retention sign-on bonus is offered to applicable candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in social or behavioral science in a human services discipline.
• Experience and training in employment counseling/rehabilitation support services.
