About The Position

We partner with people with disabilities to provide support services, develop inclusive housing, and create spaces where people feel genuinely connected—not just accommodated. The Employment Advisor provides job coaching and retention services to an assigned group, working with an interdisciplinary team to deliver wraparound supports that help people with disabilities retain employment and improve work skills. They will conduct job development and job search activities tailored to each person's unique interests and strengths, provide individualized follow-along supports, and facilitate both virtual and in-person job coaching. The Employment Advisor may also provide transportation to and from work and must meet the qualifications of a Direct Support Professional (DSP).

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years of experience working with people with disabilities.
Basic computer skills.
Proven ability to use MS Word, Outlook, and other technology tools used to support people with disabilities.
Valid Maryland Driver's License with no significant traffic violations.
Ability to complete all required Fello and DDA trainings.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree.
Experience working in workforce development programs.
