The Employer Relations Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and logistics of key external engagement programs and initiatives designed to surface career pathways, internships, and full-time opportunities for University of San Diego students and alumni. As an integral member of the employer engagement team, this role ensures the operational foundation for the Center's industry-facing activities, providing students with direct exposure to a variety of industries and organizations. Reporting to the Associate Director of Employer Relations, the Coordinator provides comprehensive coordination for the Torero Trek program, industry site visits, and a range of high-impact engagement initiatives. In collaboration with the Associate Director and broader team members, the Coordinator oversees the lifecycle and administration of employer engagement and recruitment activity across the Center's contact and management systems. This role executes the administrative implementation of employer engagement activities while contributing to the long-term operational success of new and evolving industry-facing initiatives, refining processes to support program growth and scalability.
