The Employer Relations Coordinator implements employer development initiatives, engages with employers, and establishes long-term relationships to create full-time employment and experiential education opportunities for students and alumni. The Employer Relations Coordinator is responsible for the comprehensive management of recruiting activities including on-campus interviews, organizing the selection process of students, company informational sessions, employer information sessions/receptions, and the posting of available positions in the online recruiting system. This position is responsible for the oversight of on-campus recruitment related data compilation and ensuring accurate information is provided in a timely manner in the online recruiting system. This position engages in extensive communication between external and internal constituencies to ensure that they are properly informed of employment and internship opportunities and the procedures for participating in the college relations and recruitment programs. High levels of interpersonal, problem solving, organizational and public relations skills and excellent customer service skills are essential for successful performance in this position. These duties are performed under tight deadlines, and require accuracy in executing operational tasks. Responsible for completing required training and promoting a safe, hospitable, and respectful workplace.
