The position involves building meaningful relationships, strengthening referral pathways, and ensuring easy access to Charlie Health’s Intensive Outpatient Programming. The Employer Partnerships Manager will act as a trusted partner and educator to workforce stakeholders, identifying needs, reducing barriers to care, and ensuring seamless collaboration across partnerships. Responsibilities include educating key stakeholders about offerings, addressing access barriers, and designing programs tailored to the unique mental health needs of employee populations.
