Employer Partnerships Coordinator

Beth Israel Lahey Health
$38 - $53Hybrid

About The Position

When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives. We are building a direct-to-employer (DTE) business unit within our health system. This is a high-priority strategic initiative designed to bring our clinical programs, care management, pharmacy and population health initiatives directly to self-insured employers and other purchasers of health care. This is an early-stage, entrepreneurial environment within a large, established health system — offering a unique opportunity to shape a growing business from the ground up. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Employer Partnerships Coordinator to join this growing team. This is a hybrid role spanning project management, client account services support, and monthly reporting. This individual will work closely with BILH primary care, IT/Epic teams and will serve as a key operational backbone to this innovative practice as we bring on new clients and scale the business model. As the DTE business grows, there will be meaningful opportunities to expand your scope and grow with the team.
