Brand Partnerships Coordinator

OBB Media, LLCNew York, NY
$80,000 - $85,000Onsite

About The Position

The Brand Partnership Coordinator is the connective tissue of our brand partnerships team. You will support Brand Partnership team across a portfolio of clients - coordinating meetings and materials, tracking deliverables and timelines, preparing client-facing documents, and making sure nothing slips between creative, strategy, production, and the client. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role with real exposure. You'll be in the room for pitches, briefings, and shoots. You'll build the decks, take the notes, chase the approvals, and own the trackers that keep multimillion-dollar campaigns on the rails. Over time, you'll begin to take ownership of smaller workstreams and projects of your own. We're looking for someone organized, curious, and genuinely excited by culture - someone who wants to build a career in branded content and entertainment and is willing to learn fast to get there.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience in brand partnerships, account management, client services, marketing, or production, ideally within advertising, branded content, entertainment, media, or an in-house brand team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a confident, professional client manner.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and comfort with presentation and project tools (Keynote, Canva, Asana/Monday or similar).
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • A genuine passion for entertainment, pop culture, and the brands and creators shaping it.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial studio environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Brand Partnership team on the day-to-day running of client accounts.
  • Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day client requests, responding promptly and escalating where needed.
  • Write and circulate contact reports, meeting notes, status documents, and weekly updates.
  • Prepare and format client-facing materials including, but not limited to, presentations, project plans, one-pagers, campaign recaps, and post-campaign reports.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation, including briefs, approvals, asset libraries, and contact lists.
  • Own project trackers, timelines, and deliverable schedules, flagging risks early.
  • Coordinate across creative, strategy, production, talent, legal, and finance to keep workstreams aligned.
  • Schedule and set up internal and client meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
  • Support the routing of creative work through internal review, client approval, and legal clearance.
  • Help track budgets, purchase orders, and invoices in partnership with the production and finance team.
  • Provide on-set and on-location support during shoots, events, and activations as required.
  • Research brands, categories, competitors, and cultural trends to inform partnership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists and pitch pipeline documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, credentials, and case studies for potential new business.
  • Compile competitive and category reviews to support new business conversations.
  • Bring cultural references, platform trends, and creative inspiration to the team.
  • Maintain a library of our best work - case studies, campaign results, and award submissions.
  • Contribute energy, ideas, and a collaborative spirit to the wider New York studio.
