About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate, trauma-informed Contract Therapist to provide dedicated clinical support specifically for our employees. In this role, you will serve as a vital resource for our staff, helping them navigate the stress and anxiety inherent in behavioral health work. This is a unique opportunity to support the "front-line" providers who make a difference in our community every day.

Requirements

Masters degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
Current clinical license in good standing in the State of Missouri (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience for LPC
Minimum 5 years post-licensure clinical experience for MSW
Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, and ethical guidelines
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
