The Employee Technology Experience Technician II is responsible for providing a broad scope of operational support, including installs, moves, adds, and change (IMAC) requests, supporting the Desktop IT infrastructure in office, lab/warehouse/manufacturing environments. This role also involves supporting events and providing technology support as needed. The technician will diagnose errors, collect and analyze performance data, document solutions, create workaround procedures, and troubleshoot software and setup errors. Building positive relationships with customers is also a key aspect of this role.
