Apex Service Partners is seeking an Onsite Employee Services (HR) Generalist to support the SF Bay Area Market. The Employee Services (HR) Generalist supports the day-to-day operations of the Employee Services department. This role promotes HR practices and objectives that foster an employee-oriented, high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Employee Services, this position supports the implementation of services, policies, and programs, and assists team members with HR initiatives. This role is Hybrid and based in Pleasanton, with monthly travel across the Bay Area Market.
