About The Position

The Employee Relations Partner for Retail Southeast leads investigations, resolves workplace disputes, and provides expert guidance on employee issues within the Retail group. Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, this role helps ensure integrity and compliance by staying current on employment laws and best practices. The position is remote and must be based in Atlanta, Orlando, or Miami, with travel up to 20%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Four or more years of experience in dedicated employee-relations roles; additional HR experience is a plus.
• Four or more years leading workplace investigations involving employment issues and Title VII.
• Three or more years of conduct and performance management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving, mediation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Interpersonal relationship-building skills.
• Must be based in Atlanta, Orlando, or Miami.
• Travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct confidential investigations into workplace complaints and potential policy violations; provide expert counsel and recommend appropriate actions.
• Analyze trends and collaborate with stakeholders to address recurring issues and improve processes.
• Deliver training and guidance to managers and employees on policy compliance and employee-relations best practices.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and projects as needed.
