This position serves as the primary Employee Relations point of contact for the Planning & Logistics and Functions teams in the Global Supply Chain Division in the US and Canada. The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for proactively ensuring compliance with employment laws across all facilities, supporting complex employee situations ensuring fair and consistent practices are adhered to across the division, identifying key trends and development opportunities and providing recommendations to the Director/Senior Director/division leadership, and leading change management efforts for key policy/process changes and/or system implementations. This role serves as a trusted advisor to HR leaders, providing guidance on performance management, compliance, conflict resolution, leave of absence and accommodation processes, policy interpretation, and workplace investigations. The employee relations manager will also recommend and lead special projects that focus on continuous improvement, simplification/standardization and digitization. The travel for this position is 10%. This position is also eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans. This role is not remote/hybrid. This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
