About The Position

Join Our Team as an Employee Relations Investigator at Axiom. We are seeking an Employee Relations Investigator with Spanish/Portuguese language proficiency to support one of our leading technology clients. In this role, you will conduct high-volume workplace investigations involving employee relations matters and company policy violations, helping ensure fair, consistent, and compliant resolution of complex workplace issues.

Requirements

5+ years of employee relations investigation experience in a corporate environment.
Availability to work a 4:00 PM–12:00 AM shift (remotely).
Experience conducting high-volume workplace investigations, preferably within a large technology company.
Strong knowledge of workplace investigation best practices and employment laws, including Title VII.
English and Spanish/Portuguese language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Conduct workplace investigations involving employee relations matters, including allegations related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other company policy violations.
Investigate complaints involving workplace misconduct, including matters related to Title VII protections, such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
Interview employees and stakeholders, prepare investigative findings, and partner with HR and Employee Relations teams to support timely resolutions.
Ensure investigations are conducted fairly, thoroughly, and in compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.
