Your footprint as Employee Relations Investigator, Tier 4 will be providing direction, support and recommendations for the resolution of critical and impactful employee relations activities. You will provide consultation and coaching to our Operations/departmental leadership team and employees in related areas such as (but not limited to): workplace investigations, performance management, conflict resolution, and employee well-being concerns. Where necessary, you will conduct detailed investigations, document impeccably, maintain accurate information and close all assigned cases within appropriate SLA’s. Finally, you will build strong partnerships and work closely with all levels of operational and departmental management, Human Resources Business Partners, Legal Department, Global Incident Response Team, and HR Knowledge Center.
