We are looking for an Employee Relations Coordinator to help Credo employees and leaders address workplace concerns with care, fairness, and timely follow-through. You will handle assigned cases from intake and fact-gathering through a proposed resolution and documented closure, with leadership approval. You will also partner with leaders on clear performance improvement plans (PIPs). Credo’s mission is to transform connectivity at scale through fast, reliable, and energy-efficient system solutions.
