The Employee Relations Consultant works closely with the People & Culture (P&C) department to investigate internal issues and seeks resolution sensitively and confidentially. Issues may include complaints relating to harassment, discrimination, or any potential high-risk matter. This role assists with compliance and regulations pertaining to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), including testing guidance, training of test administrators, data collection, adverse impact analysis, and process improvement recommendations. It also involves managing and testing the applicant Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodation process and the testing program. Additionally, the consultant assists with affirmative action program administration for policy development, annual internal audits, report validation, and compliance with Executive Order 11246, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) under the guidance of the EEO/Employee Relations Director.
