About The Position

Employee Relations Associate to support a dynamic HR team in within a large Health system. Providing critical support in managing employee concerns, assisting in investigations, and promoting workplace policy awareness. Be the go-to resource for keeping employee relations cases organized and confidential. Provide administrative support for performance improvement plans and disciplinary processes. Respond to employee and manager questions regarding policies and workplace issues. Monitor case trends and escalate recurring issues to leadership as needed. Partner with HRBPs and Legal to ensure compliance and consistency. Assist in developing communication and training materials related to employee conduct.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of HR or employee relations experience
  • Experience within an ADA or union environment strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with employment law and HR best practices
  • Proficiency with HRIS and case management systems (Workday, ServiceNow a plus)
  • Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • A high degree of discretion, empathy, and emotional intelligence
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
