About The Position
PIPESTONE is looking for an Employee Onboarding & Transportation Specialist to help new team members successfully transition into their roles, housing, and local communities. This role involves welcoming and supporting new hires during onboarding, coordinating transportation, assisting with housing and move-in logistics, and helping employees navigate essential services like banking and Social Security. The specialist will serve as a trusted connection between employees, HR, and farm leadership.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and support new hires during onboarding
- Coordinate transportation to orientations, appointments, and work locations
- Assist with housing and move-in logistics
- Help employees navigate banking, Social Security, grocery shopping, and other essential services
- Serve as a trusted connection between employees, HR, and farm leadership
