PIPESTONE is looking for an Employee Onboarding & Transportation Specialist to help new team members successfully transition into their roles, housing, and local communities. This role focuses on helping people feel welcome and supported as they begin a new chapter in their lives.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and support new hires during onboarding
- Coordinate transportation to orientations, appointments, and work locations
- Assist with housing and move-in logistics
- Help employees navigate banking, Social Security, grocery shopping, and other essential services
- Serve as a trusted connection between employees, HR, and farm leadership
