About The Position

CoreWeave is seeking an Employee Lifecycle Partner for North America to manage employment lifecycle execution across the US and Canada, with a primary focus on US operations. This role is part of a People Operations team that functions like a product team, emphasizing employee experience, systems, feedback, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be an operator and builder who excels in systems thinking, values data integrity, thrives in ambiguity, and utilizes modern tools, including AI, in their work. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Employee Lifecycle Operations (US) and collaborates with People Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, and Total Rewards.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations with significant experience in North American (US and/or Canada) employment lifecycle work.
  • Experience administering lifecycle operations across multiple US states and Canada, with the ability to standardize processes where possible and adapt to local contexts.
  • Fluency in multi-state US employment law, including at-will employment, state-specific leave entitlements, termination and final pay requirements, and compliance considerations.
  • Experience with Workday HCM, including executing lifecycle transactions and maintaining high data integrity standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, including redesigning workflows, automating steps, or creating templates to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • High proficiency with Google Suite products and Slack.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Canadian provincial employment standards.
  • Process design or configuration experience in Workday.
  • Experience in a hypergrowth or AI-native company with a developing operating model.
  • Active use of AI tools in day-to-day People Operations work.
  • FedRAMP or federal contractor experience, including supporting or designing employee lifecycle operations for federal government contracts, E-Verify enrollment, personnel security documentation, and OFCCP/federal contract compliance recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle operations across North America, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, transfers, and leave of absence administration for all in-scope US states and Canadian provinces.
  • Ensure Workday data integrity for the North America population, maintaining accurate and current records and understanding the downstream impact on employees, managers, and Payroll.
  • Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee inquiries for the region, providing direct responses, escalating to PBPs or Legal when necessary, and ensuring effective resolutions.
  • Partner with Payroll on lifecycle transactions affecting pay, ensuring clear handoffs, meeting deadlines, and collaborating on discrepancies.
  • Identify and implement improvements to workflows, manual processes, and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and leverage.
  • Contribute to operational readiness for CoreWeave's expansion in the US and Canada by establishing the infrastructure for hiring and onboarding in new locations.
  • Develop lifecycle processes and compliance documentation to support employees on federal government engagements, including E-Verify workflows and recordkeeping for federal contractors.
  • Apply a continuous improvement mindset to shape and evolve the People Operations function.
