The primary responsibility of the Employee Housing Cleaner is to clean the employee housing properties. S/he must present themselves in a cordial and orderly manner. S/he must follow all Winter Park policies and procedures, all applicable laws (federal, state, and local), and all health and sanitation codes. The base hourly pay range for this position is $21.46 per hour. This role involves cleaning common areas, deep cleaning between seasons, cleaning vacated rooms during the winter season, ordering and restocking supplies, delivering supplies, identifying maintenance needs, snow removal, minor maintenance of cleaning equipment, lifting and moving furnishings, maintaining a friendly attitude, and reporting unsafe conditions.
