Requirements

Possess skills necessary to communicate with clients, carriers and prospects concerning Employee Health & Benefits lines of coverage.
Hold an active 2-15 license.

Nice To Haves

College degree desirable; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the service and retention of our middle to large market group benefit accounts.
Handle day to day correspondence and questions with the client.
Assist Producers and Benefit Consultants in gathering the necessary information for new and renewing groups to submit to the marketing team.
Handle implementations, intake forms and help with enrollments.
Keep workflows organized and client’s electronic files in our document management system up to date.
