Employee Health & Benefits Account Manager
About The Position
Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an Employee Health & Benefits Account Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for the service and retention of middle to large market group benefit accounts. The Account Manager will handle daily client correspondence and inquiries, assist Producers and Benefit Consultants with gathering information for new and renewing groups, manage implementations, process intake forms, and support enrollments. Maintaining organized workflows and up-to-date electronic client files in the document management system is also a key responsibility.
Requirements
- Skills necessary to communicate with clients, carriers, and prospects concerning Employee Health & Benefits lines of coverage.
- College degree desirable, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Hold an active 2-15 license.
Responsibilities
- Service and retention of middle to large market group benefit accounts.
- Handle day-to-day correspondence and questions with the client.
- Assist Producers and Benefit Consultants in gathering necessary information for new and renewing groups to submit to the marketing team.
- Handle implementations and intake forms.
- Assist with enrollments.
- Keep workflows organized and client electronic files in the document management system up to date.
