The King County Employee Giving Program (KCEGP) within the Department of Human Resources (DHR) is seeking an experienced, motivated, and organized professional to serve as the Employee Giving Program Manager (Project/Program Manager III). This role manages a high-visibility, high-impact, county-wide program that connects employees to causes they care about. The KCEGP mobilizes generosity and community connection across our workforce, raising more than $2 million annually to support nonprofit organizations serving communities across the region and the world. The program operates five lines of business serving our 18,000+ employees across all branches of county government and engaging nonprofits year-round. As one of the largest public-sector workplace giving programs in the nation, the KCEGP is managed entirely in-house—from financial systems and nonprofit engagement to communications, technology, training, and operations. Reporting to the Employee Social Impact and Well-being Manager, the Employee Giving Program Manager provides expert-level project and program management to plan, deliver, and continuously improve program products, processes, and systems that scale. This multi-faceted role works closely with the small but mighty KCEGP team and committee to engage employees, deliver high impact programming and communications, and serve as a subject matter expert. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to collaborate, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. If you have a passion for communication, coordination, developing others, and making a positive impact in the community, we want to hear from you!
