The role is within the Employee Experience Centre, where the specialist will be the primary point of contact for employees using the OneHub platform, supporting them with benefits, reward, recognition, and discounts. This position offers opportunities for career advancement into senior employee experience, platform specialist, and customer success roles. Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a passion for helping people.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and confidence using initiative to find resolutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing processes, products and priorities.
- A collaborative team player with strong computer literacy and a customer-first mindset.
- Must be based in the UK.
- Unable to offer visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls and live chat interactions, providing prompt and personalised support to employees.
- Resolve queries relating to benefits, reward and recognition, discounts and platform access issues.
- Build expert knowledge of the OneHub platform and its services.
- Meet SLAs, quality standards and customer satisfaction targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues and specialist teams to deliver efficient resolutions and exceptional service.
