About The Position

The Employee Experience Program Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving employee experience programs that drive connection, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role independently owns multi-quarter programming, translates employee insights into actionable strategies, and drives alignment across stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes. The Program Manager plays a key role in connecting employee experience initiatives to business priorities through structured program design, data-informed decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 6-8 years of experience in employee experience, HR program management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing programs or initiatives end-to-end
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and develop actionable insights
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across teams and levels
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM, PHR, or related certification
  • Experience managing employee communities (e.g., ERGs, BRGs, CRGs)
  • Experience facilitating sessions, workshops, or employee programs
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving organization

Responsibilities

  • Culture & Inclusion Programming
  • Design and manage multi-quarter employee experience programming aligned to organizational priorities
  • Anticipate employee needs and tailor programs (e.g., ERGs, RxB Circles, connection initiatives) to business context
  • Measure program effectiveness and continuously adjust based on outcomes and feedback
  • Independently manage program operations, partnerships, and execution
  • Conduct needs assessments and focus groups to identify gaps in employee connection, belonging, and team effectiveness.
  • Design interventions based on organizational data and employee feedback
  • Listening & Connection Support
  • Facilitate employee listening and connection initiatives independently
  • Extract themes and identify emerging employee needs from listening channels
  • Build structured connection approaches and frameworks based on insights
  • Use employee feedback to recommend targeted actions that improve experience and engagement
  • Gather and analyze data describing team interactions, reporting relationships, and organizational patterns to inform program design
  • Data Gathering & Analysis
  • Analyze employee experience data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes
  • Connect insights across multiple data sources (surveys, program data, assessments)
  • Develop data-informed recommendations and track impact over time
  • Ensure data is translated into clear, actionable direction for stakeholders
  • Apply organizational development frameworks to identify root causes of engagement and performance gaps
  • Monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust programming based on outcomes
  • Insights & Storytelling
  • Translate complex employee data into clear, structured narratives
  • Tailor messaging and insights to different audiences, including leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Frame recommendations within a business context to support decision-making
  • Deliver insights through reports, presentations, and executive
  • Leadership & Visibility
  • May assist with leader and manager development programming tied to employee experience outcomes
  • Lead programs and sessions with confidence and credibility
  • Represent employee experience initiatives across the organization
  • Function independently with strong judgment and accountability
  • Navigate ambiguity and complexity with maturity and professionalism
  • Regulatory & Integrity Readiness
  • Apply compliance and integrity considerations to program design and execution
  • Identify risks and ensure alignment with company policies and standards
  • Support external assessments and reporting (e.g., Fair360, Paradigm/Surface)
  • Understand and communicate implications of decisions related to employee experience programs
