As the Employee Experience Manager, you will shape and bring to life the vision for what it means to be a Klaviyo employee — across every touchpoint of the journey. This role sits within the Employee Experience, Comms, and Workplace team, operating at the intersection of strategic culture-building and operational excellence. You will design, build, and activate the programs, moments, and systems that make Klaviyo’s culture tangible — from how we recognize and celebrate our people, to how we listen to them, to how we reinforce our values at every milestone. This is a highly visible senior individual contributor role with meaningful cross functional partnership across Internal Communications, Workplace, and the business.
