About The Position

Similarweb is seeking an Employee Experience Manager & Office Manager for its NYC location to support the local team and office operations. This role reports to the Director of Employee Experience based in Tel Aviv. The position is responsible for enhancing workplace culture and employee engagement through various activities, team gatherings, and happy hours, directly influencing employee satisfaction and well-being. The goal is to create a productive environment and foster engagement.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years as an employee experience specialist in a high-tech company
  • 1-2 years as an office manager
  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done
  • Great written and verbal communication skills, fostering open dialogue within the team
  • A positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude with a strong commitment to service
  • Full proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary facilitator and point of contact for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
  • Assist NYC employees with their administrative needs, enhancing their experience and helping them thrive.
  • Create and execute innovative employee engagement programs and events that promote a vibrant and collaborative workplace.
  • Manage logistics and administrative tasks for ongoing projects and team-building activities, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
  • Oversee and monitor Employee Experience and office budgets, maximizing our resources for the best employee experience.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees arriving at the office, ensuring a professional and friendly reception.
  • Maintain and organize the NYC office to high standards by restocking the pantry, tidying meeting rooms, and arranging team lunches.
  • Provide essential administrative support to onsite leaders, facilitating their operations.
