The Employee Experience Associate provides day-to-day administrative and operational support for the Employee Experience function. This onsite role supports employee records, onboarding and employment transitions, employee communications, routine inquiries, and coordination across Employee Experience and related HR teams. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting routine HR processes, and helping ensure consistent execution of administrative work throughout the employee lifecycle.
