About The Position

The team comprises individuals with diverse backgrounds, including insights masters, change catalysts, storytellers, culture shapers, org strategists, and digital champions, all working to power ambitions for colleagues, clients, and their people. As an Employee Experience Analyst, you will support clients across the EX portfolio, which includes communications, strategy and change management, behavior change, and employee insights (listening/surveys and assessments). You will also learn to utilize WTW’s employee experience software and other digital solutions. Working alongside industry-leading consultants, you will develop your skills and technical knowledge while delivering creative, cutting-edge solutions to real business issues. This role offers immediate exposure to challenging client assignments, requiring analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to develop and deliver innovative solutions for talent management, organization design, human capital, and related business challenges.

Requirements

  • Completed the WTW Employee Experience Internship in Summer 2026.
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in liberal arts, communications, journalism, or business with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
  • Knowledge of current communication and change management trends, marketing, and technology (digital and social media), and proven ability to apply that knowledge to client-focused solutions.
  • A professional presence with strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present in front of clients and on camera.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and carry out well-defined assignments according to established guidelines with little supervision.
  • Aptitude to recognize and diagnose issues and work collaboratively on a team.
  • Ability to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way.
  • Strong project management and analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical savvy and comfort using the Microsoft Office Suite (MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Foxit and/or Adobe platforms.
  • Willingness to learn how to collaborate in Adobe Workfront.
  • Availability to travel on an as-needed basis.
  • Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship.
  • Graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s degree between May 2026 through June 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients across the EX portfolio, including communications, strategy and change management, behavior change, and employee insights (listening/surveys and assessments).
  • Learn to use WTW’s employee experience software and other digital solutions.

  • Write and develop client deliverables, including PPT presentations, video scripts, emails, postcards, brochures, benefits guides, and website content.
  • Leverage and analyze data/information to make good EX decisions, inform recommendations, and facilitate conversations.
  • Partner with senior colleagues to develop and implement custom communication and change management strategies.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and leading-edge technology to deliver insights to clients in areas such as leadership alignment and performance, culture alignment, workforce well-being, Total Rewards (health, wealth and career), and employee engagement.
  • Use highly effective change management and communication skills and experiences to build trust and influence decisions critical to achieving desired outcomes.

  • Develop and write HR and benefits-related materials for client employee experience projects, contributing strong writing and editing skills.
  • Create PowerPoints, benefits guides, and other written and digital communication materials for various platforms.
  • Understand complex information and write about it in a creative, engaging way.
  • Assist with design, production, and presentation of materials for clients.
  • Provide presentation formatting, graphic design support, proofreading, copyediting, scheduling meetings, and answering client inquiries.
  • Provide actionable insights on improving employee engagement, shaping a high-performance culture, and achieving optimal returns on talent and program investments.
  • Function as a project manager/liaison with senior EX staff and clients to ensure materials are accurate, deadlines are clear, meetings are scheduled, and communication is consistent.
  • Liaise with WTW’s technical and support teams to ensure the successful handoff of tasks between teams and that all tasks are accomplished on time and delivered with excellence.
