The Employee Engagement Program Manager plays a key role in shaping meaningful moments across the employee lifecycle by managing new hire and employee programming, key touchpoints throughout the employee lifecycle, and the organization’s community giving program. This role ensures employees feel welcomed, valued, and connected to the company’s culture from day one. In long, the Employee Engagement Program Manager is responsible for: Develop and manage employee engagement programs that support key lifecycle moments Own end-to-end program planning, project management, communications, logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination. Maintain a company-wide programming calendar to coordinate timing and avoid overlap across initiatives Serve as a culture ambassador and subject matter expert on employee engagement initiatives Track and report program KPIs to measure effectiveness and inform future planning Continuously evaluate and refine existing programs based on employee feedback, engagement data, and business needs Manage partner relationships with various community organizations Stay current on employee engagement trends and benchmark against industry best practices to bring new ideas forward Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development to align with broader people strategy.
