About The Position

The Employee Engagement / Event Manager will be responsible for developing company initiatives to engage staff, providing orientation training, developing marketing strategies, planning company gatherings and events, and assisting in the development of company communications. This role also involves developing a company awards process, promoting knowledge sharing events, and filling in administrative functions as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree In Marketing or similar discipline
• Experience with social media
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Strong writing skills
• Good presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Develop company initiatives to engage staff from across the company
• Provide Orientation training to new staff on a weekly basis
• Develop Marketing strategies for the company using social media and traditional methods
• Work with Graphic designers to develop marketing material
• Plan company gatherings and events
• Work with company leadership to develop quarterly company newsletter
• Assist in development of company communications (newsletter + all hands + portal…etc.)
• Develop company awards process and promote knowledge sharing events
• Fill in administrative functions as needed
